   Buried under "Crime prevention" in the October 1995 VERTICAL FILE INDEX was
the item "The use of computerized mapping in crime control and prevention
programs" by Thomas F. Rich (Res in brief NCJ-155182).  It's available free
(single copy) from Natl. Criiminal Justice Ref. Service, Box 6000, Rockville,
MD 20850.  Eleven pages, but, hey, for free ....
