The restricted hours of public service at the Main Library, University of
Illinois at Chicago have been extended through Monday August 19.  Map Section
services will be available 8-9 a.m. and 4-5 p.m. only.  Normal intersession
hours (8-5, Mon.-Fri.) are expected to resume Tuesday August 20 with only
skeleton staffing at Main Library public service points.  All other staff
will continue to participate in the shifting-shelf reading-barcoding project.
