Not sure if anyone has gotten back to you on this Nadine, but I was able to
find Lokoty at 48º25'45"N and 22º59'30"E on  Russian 1:200,000 topo sheet
M-34-18, dated 1937.  As stated, it's not very far north of Irsava, 14 km
NNW, and 19 km ESE of Munkach, or Mukachevo (Times Atlas).
