Mary,

I assume you received my message to the WAML list about the guy in
Alabama who says he plans to scan all the old 15' maps for California.
Suggest you get in touch with him at Alabama Maps Online to find out
exactly what his plans are.  I also mentioned that Chris Kollen plans to
implement an inventory of scanning projects for MAGERT.  Your list of
questions might serve as a good model for her.
