Hello,

Many years ago, I broke the news that Landsat 6 (remember it?)
disappeared on its way into orbit. This morning NASA lost another
one--the Glory Satellite, which was supposed to study atmospheric
aerosols (http://glory.gsfc.nasa.gov/). Several news outlets, including
the Wall Street Journal, are reporting the loss of the Glory satellite.

NASA has an update on their web site as well:
