The really cool thing about that one is that, if you use MapBlast, you get the functional equivalent of a AAA trip tick without the locations.  A typical instruction says:  At I-5 go north 1078 miles.  ;-)  On the other hand, I asked for
a trip starting in Duarte, California, where I live.  There is a big whitewashed d (it's the shape of the brand for the Duarte Rancho and which has now been adopted as part of the municipality's logo) on the side of a mountain overlooking
the town.  The driving instructions start from Spinks Canyon which is the road closest to the d on the mountain!  ;-)
