I don't know what the formal function is.  I know Melissa is attending
and she is the current Chair.  I think a good history of CUAC and its
relationship to GPO, DLC and the FDLP would help.  Was CUAC a response
to DLC's inability to deal with cartographic information? or was is
DLC's management by assigning a 'sub committee'?  Does CUAC work? or not
and why not?  Has it kept pace?  I don't know the answers to any of these
questions.
