Here's a website that might be helpful in dating your globe, found by
one of my Maps Cataloging Team members not too long ago when he had an
undated globe to tackle also:

I recognized the globe as a Replogle. I toured their factory in Chicago
as part of my master's thesis, and learned that mapping companies around
the world (including National Geographic) send their maps as globe
gores, and Replogle mounts them onto globes in their globe assembly line.

So, I can't tell you who the cartographer was, but I'm sure that
Replogle made the globe. Its not surprising that there's no date. I was
told that no one wants to buy last year's globes. Hopefully you can
determine the date by evaluating the political names and boundaries shown.

Hello,

I think I can help you with your map.

I am translating it from Persian:

The Riplugul organization the maker of geographical globes.

Chicago, Illinois. Made in the United States.

No dates, unfortunately.

If you look at the globe above the information line that you took a
picture of is a box the text inside can be substituted as a title: the
30 centimeter geographical globe made by Riplu Gul organization
(association or manufacturing)

I hope this helps and please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may
have.

Best,

Nora Avetyan
