Subject: Help finding projection of map

I have a question from a patron who is interested in finding the projection of the following map:

Geological and Mineral Resources Map of Vietnam
Scale: 1:200,000
Published and Copyright by Geological Survey of Vietnam. Hanoi, 1996.

Does anyone have this map and know the projection, or know what projection the Geological Survey of Vietnam uses or would have been using in 1996?
