Through the US Gazetteer of the US Census Bureau and GNIS of the
USGS (using a wild character: new cam*) I came to the following
result:
 
New Cambria
Elevation: 855
Estimated population 1994: 218
State: Missouri
County: Macon
USGS 7.5' x 7.5' map: New Cambria West
Latitude: 39 46 31 North
Longitude: 92 45 01 West
 
Close by were the features: New Cambria Lake and New Cambria Lake
Dam.
 
In the US Census Gazetteer a TIGER map can be viewed which shows
the location.
