A graduate student here would very much like to see the Mark Hurd 1:10,000

maps of La Paz (Bolivia) that date from the 1960s. Does anyone have a
copy? LC is the only library reporting holdings of anything like this on
OCLC and says its set does not cover the city of La Paz.

I'd be very grateful for any help.
