Hi,

Note that the exception to your comment are those that are copyrighted by a
non-US agency, such as the British, and so noted on the map
sheets.  British copyright, according to the Crown Copyright Office, allows
for only A4 or smaller size copies, no scans, and no full-size
copies.  This also applies to ONCs and TPCs.
