Hundreds of maps and colour photograph inserts are tastefully placed
around the preimiter of the maps and each continent section leads with a
large double page fold out measuring then 40 inches across and 15 inches
high.
 
This is a very attractive world atlas from a graphic design standpoint.
Tbe maps feature a wealth of information including comprehensive country
data and the method used to show physical relief is outstanding.
 
The index does not provide geographic coordinates, however, only a page
number and letter / number system.
