Hello:

One of my patrons is trying to locate an air photo or other detailed map
of a village or town in the Ukraine area of Russia (Siberia) during
World War II. This is a daunting undertaking, especially for a public
library with limited
resources of an academic nature. My customer is attempting to get an
idea of the layout of a Russian village during this era, where buildings
are situated, the types of buildings, etc. He is attempting to recreate
a village in the Ukraine that was or could have been a battle site
during WWII. If you could help
me in this matter, or refer me to some other institution that might
carry such
resources, I would be deeply grateful!

Sincerely,

Karla Anderson
