I am interested to learn about thematic map output with scanned topo map
sheet as background layer on the CalComp-68436. We want to use scanned
raster topo sheets (combined or single map elements layers) as a neutral
background in grey scale rasterized with thematic color overlays.
The CC-68436 is in upgrading process with a "big" 760 MB disc, but we still
haven't experienced with scanned pixel base map (also halftone images c'd be
possible in the near future).
Any thoughts and hints available?
