Can anyone help me help answer this patrons question:
"The grid I want is a rainfall grid for the entire united states called
PRISM. There are several grids available for the US including temperature,
days without rain, etc. All I want is the average annual rainfall grid
calculated using the method called PRISM. It's fairly well known and pretty
common because it used to be free. Hopefully you will be able to find it for
me - free of charge and not for sale!"
