Subject: Topo Map Indexes

I know this has been asked many times before by
others on this list, but here goes again.

I'm looking for topo map indexes for the entire USA
and perhaps Canada too - one shape file for each scale of
map. I especially want one for the 15 minute topos in the
US. PDF's would also be good if you have those instead.

I looked on Google, but couldn't find these for the entire
USA. I have the data to create these, but I thought I
would check to see if any of you have already done the work.

Thank you.
