I'm repeating this post to the list hoping someone can answer a simple
question.  What does the acronym ISCA stand for?  It is one of the
sponsoring organizations of a workshop being held Nov. 5 in Washington,
D.C.  I want to cite this organization in a paper that I am writing.
The closest thing I've found is a listing for ISC, Information Society
of Canada.  My deadline for completing my research is fast approaching.
