The map was a hit and sold many copies at the annual Wisconsin Library
Association meeting, held in the Madison area when the map was published.
Prof. Woodward and Ostergren spent time at the UW Press exhibit at the
meeting telling librarians about the map. Their hope is that it will make its
way into all schools, libraries, bookstores, and lots of homes and cars.

Today I asked UW-Madison General Library System to catalog the map and enter
it into OCLC , only to discover they had been preceded: See OCLC 36036912.

To their entries I added: (nuts to cat. rules) on UW NOTIS

  Ostergren, Robert Clifford
  Brouwer, Onno W.
  Hoelscher, Steven.
  Hane, Joshua G., 1968-1996.

The map is sold with an index to sites, arranged by numbered sites, by county.
It is available from University of Wisconsin Press, folded in a plastic case,
or rolled without folds, selling for $9.95 plus tax (in WI) and probably plus
shipment. UW Press: 114 N. Murray St., Madison, WI 53715-1199.
