Subject: Re: subject cataloging -- Maps, Tourist heading

Many of the specific form subdivisions for maps were cancelled in the Library of Congress Subject Headings Weekly list for 8-18-2010. According to people more knowledgeable about map cataloging than I am, the plan is to use just --Maps as the form subdivision and use the more specific terms as genre headings.
