Brendan, it looks as if my library doesn't
have this series - either that or I'm not
looking the correct place! (we're in
the midst of a retro-cat project and we've
got 2/3 of Latin America left before we
get to Europe).

There is an AMS series of central Europe (road map)
that is 1:300K - M405 - but seems unlikely
it's the same grid as the series you're talking about -
and this seems to be an index that somehow
missed getting scanned here.
