        From what I can see, the National Atlas of the United States site
has a Federal Lands file that can be downloaded and unzipped.  They say it
is an ESRI ArcInfo 7.1.1 shapefile.  They do have attributes for ownership,
so presumably you could pull out the BIA lands.  Hope this helps.  Linda
