Apparently when FGDC migrated itsr DNS (domain name space)
a few week ago, there were problems with west-coast servers
being able to connect; east-coast servers were able
to access. At any rate, now those of us west of
the Mississippi/Rockies can now once again
open http://www.fgdc.gov !
