Unfortunately this "map" is just a drawing. It lacks scale and seems to
be squashed.
Mexico Desconocido may be an important tourist guide publisher but
their cartography products are not worth mentioning.
Anyway, in Mexico the map costs just 25 Pesos (i.e. US$2.00). The Atlas
(with the same low level cartography) costs 50 Pesos (US$4.00), but can
be bought in the street for 30 Pesos (US$ 2.25).

Mark Walker's prices seem exaggerated.
