Subject: Scale calculator

I am looking for someone to do me a quick favor. I have set up a quick
scale calculator for the geographically challenged (no one on this list,
just a few people in house), hopefully allowing anyone to determine the
scale from most any information found on a map. I have done it in the good
o'l American Standard (inches, feet, miles) and the Metric standard. I'm
pretty sure I have set the conversions up right, but I'll admit that I'm
alittle shaky on the metric part of it, so if anyone could take a quick
look, I would appreciate it. The web site is:
http://ucs.orst.edu/~reeset/scale.html

Thanks,

Terry Reese
