Hello all:
A patron would like to see a map showing s place (probably an island) called Boroy, Boro, or Boroe, in the parish of Heroy off the west coast of Finland near Alsten, ca. 66 degrees N, 12 degrees 20 minutes East. I couldn't locate it in NIMA's Geonet gazetteer. The area of interest should be on NIMA nautical map 43201, the 1:100k Norway (Topografisk kart over Norge) topo sheet H-17, or the 1:250k (Norge Vegkart) sheet 13, all of which are not in my collection. I know there's also a 1:50k series; can't tell exactly which sheet from the small graphic in World Mapping Today, but probably on sheet 1726, 1727, 1826 or 1827. Does anyone have any of these several maps? Look for a place with a name like Boro; if found, I'd like to arrange getting a copy. Thanks... --Ken Rockwell
