Matthew (and Michael),

We've got a copy of the Smolenskaya oblast' 1:200,000-scale map in our
collection. It actually has the form of a 48-page atlas.

The atlas was put out in 1999 by the Voenno-Topograficeskoe Otdelenie
Generalnego Staba (Miltary Topographic Dept of the Russian Army General Staff.

Best regards,

Michal Okonek
