Hi, all,

No can do at Stanford. We don't have any Sanborns before about 1927. The
main group of Sanborns is at CSU Northridge. I have no idea if they've
scanned them. I've heard that SF Public has scanned theirs, but I can't
find any of them online.

Julie

Angie:

Volumes 1-5 of the 1913-1915 ten volume edition of the most prolific
fire insurance map publisher are all dated 1913. The remaining five
volumes date from 1914 and 1915. (For those not familiar with the
wunnerful world of fire insurance maps, these are the .pdfs of the
microfilm of the LC physical holdings which compose the popular
subscription database.

LC does not have any of the higher resolution color files of SF
available from this particular publisher online.

Perhaps Stanford....

Does anyone know if there are any SF fire insurance maps from 1913 online?

Thanks.
