Only the Demo version is free, but you could download that from
ftp://ftp.csn.org/COGS/bartdata.exe
and see whether our 'The Times' World Map and Database for Windows
is the sort of thing you are after. Details of price, ordering etc
are in the readme.wri file.
 
To use just download bartdata.exe and run it to uncompress it. Then
copy all the files to a diskette before you run setup.exe to install it.
This is necessary as setup.exe expects to be run from a diskette and it
won't work if it is already on your hard disk!
