Just thought that I would offer my OTHER comment on the DOQ's.  Since
I am in a selective depository, I can only select one state, in other
words, my own.  I am curious about how GPO decided that selectives
would only have the option to select one state, because the last time
I checked, the distribution of physiographic features, such as
mountain ranges and geologic basins were not determined based on
