Hi, all,

I'm happy to announce that the David Rumsey Map Collection is coming to Stanford University. We have accepted the first donation of the paper map collection and have taken in 2 sets of images for permanent retention and storage in the Stanford Digital Repository.

You can read more here at:
http://news-service.stanford.edu/news/2009/february4/oldmaps-020409.html

We are thrilled with this donation and look forward to having these materials available to faculty and students in the future.

Best,

Julie
