I was at the Rand McNally store yesterday and found a "throwaway" (what
I call anything on the counter of a store that costs less than $10). It
is called Streetfinder City Centers and it's to run on a Palm Operating
System (Handspring Visor has the same operating system as Palm Pilot).
Anyway, I loaded the map for Los Angeles into my Visor and it looks
pretty good.

For your $9.99, you get to choose 5 of the 35 maps to put onto your PDA.

Why I mention this to y'all is that I figured this group might want to
put it on the list of possibly useful things for travellers.
