I'm looking for a 15' Topo in Missouri (MO) called
Manchester.

38090-E5
SE corner is 38.5, -90.5

I am surprised to learn that I have never owned one
of these.

I would like to get all the years published, but any one
of them would also benefit me.

Does anybody have that in a scanned, geo-referenced
format?  GeoTiff is preferred, but I could use any format.
