>Subject: Map Projection/Navigation re: T62 Gaussian Grid

Greetings,

First, apologies to those offended by my cross-posting to the lists.
Might anyone have a vector or raster continental boundary mask for a T62
Gaussian Grid (often used by GCMs, NOAA, and other meteorological
researchers) -- 192 x 94 cells? I want to use some data from the
NCEP.REANALYSIS Atmospheric Model, and I have already worked with some
of the data layers from this model, but have discovered that I can't
navigate it correctly. We plan to use the cumulative rainfall in this
continuing dataset model within an Amazon Basin fire model, but the
cells are not square, and lat and lon are not fixed. If I had a vector
or raster overlay I could do it.

If anyone has worked with such a grid and knows the lat lon coordinates
of the individual cells and has a raster for each the lat and lon by
cell, that would suffice as well. Thanks in advance for any good will
provided.
