If anyone has the Merriam-Webster's 365 New Words Calendar,
they saw this word on February 13th. In case you didn't...

For those who use LandView, the mapping component is called
Marplot.

MW defines marplot as " one who frustrates or ruins a plan or
undertaking by meddling.

What is the use of my taking the vows and settling everything
as it should be, if that _marplot_ Hans comes and upsets it
all?" George Eliot, Daniel Deronda

After using Marplot and LandView, I sometimes think it is
appropriately named.
