I guess I'm out of the loop, but what's the publication status of
*Mercator's World*?  I realize that the editor passed away early this
year, but don't remember seeing any announcement regarding suspension of
publication, etc.  We're paid through calendar year 2003 but the
March/April (v.8/no.2) issue is the latest we ever got.
