Indiana University has digitized all its holdings of Sanborn Maps and
all maps pre - 1923 have been added to the Indiana Spatial Data Portal

A question that we had was if anyone has confirmed the copyright on the
post 1922 maps? We would love to put all our Sanborn maps online, but
haven't had a chance to confirm the copyright.

CU Boulder has scanned a large portion of our out-of-copyright maps as
well. http://libcudl.colorado.edu/sanborn/index.asp. Hallie mentioned
the index at UC Berkeley. I would encourage everyone to use it and to
add your digital collections to it! It's a wonderful resource that Phil
Hoehn maintains.

The UC Berkeley Earth Sciences and Map Library has a Union List of
Sanborn and Other Fire Insurance Maps that indicates both owning
institutions and maps that are available online:
