Have you ever wanted be part of the selection of the Notable government
documents featured in the annual article in the May 15 issue of Library
Journal?  Now is your chance to volunteer for the position of one of the
Federal Judges on the GODORT Notable Documents Panel.  This is a
two-year term that will begin in June 2006 and can be renewed for
another two-year term in the same position.



Please submit a brief description of why you would like to serve and any
relevant experience (membership in GODORT & attendance at ALA not
required) by May 3 to:

The volunteer will be chosen by May 15 & then approved along with the
rest of Panel at the GODORT Publications & Steering Committees at
Annual, June 2006.  I will be more than happy to talk with you about the
