Recently the Univ. of Utah's Marriott Library map collection acquired a gift of
 2 large foreign topo sets: Australia 1:100K and South Africa 1:50K.
Unfortunately, these didn't include index map sheets.  Does anyone know where
 we might obtain copies (even photocopies) of such sheets, assuming they exist?
  Or do I need to write away for them to their publishing agencies?
