Subject: Chart No. 1 - USA Nautical chart Symbols & abbreviations
Date: Wed, 27 Jul 2005

Hi,

I'm not as familiar with Nautical Charts as I am with some of the other
series. I've just come across 1968, 1970, and 1972 editions of the above
document. They are uncataloged. We do have the 1990 and 1997 editions
cataloged in our map collection. Is there enough difference between the
older editions and the newer ones that I should have the old versions
cataloged and officially added to our collection? I'm tempted to discard
the older versions in the interest of shelf space.

Your advice is appreciated.
