NB: and probably not in accord with the [UK] Permanent Committee on
Geographical Names for British official use (PCGN), and possibly why
this Cambodian/Khmer file is not listed on its 'national websites' page

- see [http://www.pcgn.org.uk/Geographical_names_internet.htm]

Downloadable (Excel) files of Cambodian placenames (village, commune,
district, province) in Khmer and officially Cambodian-government
approved Roman transcription.

With complex scripts enabled in Windows, and a Khmer font in your
computer, you should be able to read/copy/paste these names with ease.
Note that US Board of Geographic Names Romanisaton will differ from the
Romanisation approved by the Cambodian government!
