I need some help locating a place.  There is an 1822 reference which
involved Jean Laffitte for Sugar Key except I've been unable to locate
any coordinates.  Also, I need to know if this place was in American
waters or Cuban waters during this period of time.  Any assistance would
greatly be appreciated.
