Subject: Old map indexes?

Does anybody have old topo indexes for Arizona, Colorado, and Utah with
which they'd be willing to part? Anything pre-1980 will pretty much do.
I'm getting a handle on our old 15' and 30' quads for those states and
the newer indexes are not real useful.

Many thanks!
