To me this is like saying in 1905, don't think that because the techno-
junkie libraries are getting telephones that they ALL will.  Those
people and institutions that cannot cope with electronic communication
will be severely disadvantaged.  That does not mean they cannot survive,
it just means that they will not be part of the mainstream.
