May I have some help with cataloging?

I'm looking at several paper maps of coral reefs in the vicinity of Oahu which appear to have been made for the Army Corps of Engineers (Mobile District) by Fugro Chance, Inc. Below the title on each is "COLOR CONTOUR PLOT". I believe they may have been printed on demand and would love to know how to indicate this in the records -- or just generally how to describe their GIS product-ness.
