Subject: Lugmad - location

I have a patron who is trying to locate "Lugmad". I searched
the NIMA world names database, the Getty, the Ordnance Survey online
gazetteer without success. On Google, I found a reference to the name
in a biography of a church figure "...in 1971, he became the Titular
Bishop of Lugmad ". I think that Lugmad may be located around Glasgow
going by the rest of the text in the biography but would appreciate
confirmation or more detailed place name information.

Thanks in advance for your help.
