Greetings,

On behalf of a patron I'm looking for a nationwide GIS data
coverage of zip code boundaries that are matched to the 1990 Census
STF3B release.

I have on hand similar coverages which date from 1996 and 1998,
both from ESRI/GDT.  But these present substantial changes from the
1990 areas, and the user would like data that more closely matches.
ESRI formats preferred, but we can work with what we find.

Any idea or suggestions are welcome.  Thanks.
