Quick Draw's hideout is (was) located five miles north of the town of
Columbus. wouldn't be surprised if ol' Yosemite was holin' up there!

Jim and list members:

Your message intrigued me because over the past few months on the ham
radio
bands there has been a radio pirate who has been transmitting a snippet
from Yosemite Sam over some WWV, and other, frequencies. There has been
much speculation about who might be doing it, and someone suggested that
it
appears to be coming somewhere form New Mexico, but that it couldn't be
pinpointed any more than that. Could you please let me know where on
the
Columbus, NM, quad Quick Draw McGraw was said to have been? I wonder if
there is a correlation between the pirate and your discovery??? Just a
thought!

Sue Ann
