I just came across
http://www.maporama.com

They're the first web maps I've seen based on Nav-Tech's data, rather than
Etak data or on unrefined TIGER data.  From what I can tell, the US data is
for major metro areas only, but it's the cleanest data I've seen and its
the only place I've seen one-way streets indicated.  The worldwide
coverage--including address ranges--is an impressive plus.
