Job description:
 
RealtiCorp, a Commercial Investment Fund has openings for ArcView users who
are interested in applying their skills within a growing, technology oriented,
real estate company.
 
Ideal candidates would be proficient in ArcView with some experience in market
research and/or commercial real estate.
 
An interest in using GIS in a proactive applied manner is a must.
Time management skills, working well with others and an outgoing nature
are well received.
 
Working knowledge of Avenue, MapObjects, ArcServer, Spatial Analyst etc.
would be a plus, but not necessary.
 
The positions are for placement in our Atlanta, Richmond and Greenville
offices. Local representation for each posiiton is desireable.
 
Duties would include identifying areas of high suitability that meet investment
criteria. Analyzing deal flow that has been submitted back to the regional
office.
Identifying, gathering and integrating all sources of local/regional real estate
information (i.e. on-line appraisal databases, city road improvement plans,
building permits,etc) that is applicable for furthering the market
research effort and creating markeitng
packages with ArcView, once a an investment opportunity is controlled.
 
Salary would approximate +/- $35,000/yr based on a "best fit scenario."
Candidates should have at least a B.A. in a related field and an eagerness
to apply
GIS technology.
